At Acupuncture NYC, we’re committed to providing you with the highest level of medical care during the COVID-19 pandemic, while also ensuring your safety at our facility.
Masks are required to be worn upon arrival, even if you have been vaccinated against COVID-19.
Limiting the number of visitors to our locations helps us to maintain safety standards.

We have rigorous measures in place to ensure your safety in our clinic, including the following:
- assessing all patients for COVID-19 symptoms upon arrival
- limiting the number of visitors accompanying patients to our office
- requiring all staff, patients, and visitors to wear masks at all times regardless of vaccination status
Please do not hesitate to call 911 if you are experiencing a serious health concern.
If you receive a positive COVID-19 test result, we may still recommend you receive an acupuncture treatment if it is urgent, or it may be rescheduled for a later date.
We are taking precautions to perform acupuncture treatments while minimizing the risk of COVID-19 and other infections. We are screening our staff daily for fever and other symptoms.
